The Breakdown: how it works

The 90-Day Metabolic weight loss challenge : A Competition for Sustainable Fat Loss

 

Core Concept: 100 competitors will strive to lose the highest percentage of their starting body fat over a 90-day period. Only the top three will be crowned Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

 

 

 

The Winning Formula: The Body Fat Percentage Lost + visual + fitness challenge 

 

The challenger who loses the most body fat will be credited 10 points 

The challenger who takes a before and after photo will be credited 5 points 

The challenger who competes in the fitness challenges will be credited 10 points 

 

The challenger will the most points wins!

 

 

 

This is the most equitable metric as it puts everyone on a level playing field, regardless of their starting size.

 

The key Formula :

 

((Starting Body Fat Mass - Final Body Fat Mass) / Starting Body Fat Mass) * 100

 

Where:

 

Body Fat Mass (BFM) = (Body Fat Percentage / 100) * Total Body Weight

 

Step-by-Step Calculation:

 

 Initial Assessment: For each competitor and ultimately measure the winner :

 

  1· Starting Weight (SW)

   · Starting Body Fat Percentage (SBF%)

   · Calculate Starting Body Fat Mass (SBFM) = (SBF% / 100) * SW

a. Final Assessment: At the end of 90 days, measure:

   · Final Weight (FW)

   · Final Body Fat Percentage (FBF%)

   [Calculate Final Body Fat Mass (FBFM) = (FBF% / 100) * FW]

b. Calculate the Score (The “Gainceited Score"):

   · Fat Mass Lost = SBFM - FBFM

   · Olympic Score (%) = (Fat Mass Lost / SBFM) * 100

 

 

 

Score : 10 points 

 

2 . Visual Score [ take photo at start and end of completion]

 

 

Score: 5 points 

 

 

 

3.Fitness challenge 

 

Compete in Gainceited Fitness challenge! : Don’t just look the part - This is meant to display functionality. Competitors will be challenged bi-weekly as well as 3 stages durning the challenge - stage 1,2 and 3- the stages will be at the end of each month ; visuals and weight loss isn’t enough; the true challenge isn’t just about looking the part but to ensure a true transformation and will ultimately crown the winner.

 

Score: 5 points 

 

 

The competitor with the highest “Gaincieted Score" will be champion.

 

 

 

 

1. Registration & Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver acknowledging the health risks and committing to the rules.

2. Baseline Measurements (Day 0): This is a critical, mandatory event.

   All competitors must measure current weight, height as well as waist , hips, neck, chest and shoulders.

 

During the Competition (The Gainceited 90-Day Challenge)

 

1. Bi-Weekly Check-ins: Competitors must submit fitness challenge completed as well as weight (to verify) 

 

2. No PEDs: Strict prohibition of performance-enhancing drugs or unsafe supplements.

 

Post-Competition (The "Medal Ceremony")

 

1

   · Gold Medal: 1st Place -  $500

   · Silver Medal: 2nd Place. $200

   · Bronze Medal: 3rd Place.$100
